1. General Policy

All donations and purchases of virtual items (Silk) are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are purchasing virtual items with no real-world value.

Eligibility for Refund

Digital Purchases

All purchases of virtual items and virtual currency within "Aries Silkroad" are deemed final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or where legally required.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not accepted, and initiating a chargeback for purchases will lead to immediate account suspension. This action is considered fraudulent if done without just cause and can result in legal action.

Refund Exceptions

In rare cases where digital content may not be delivered as described due to technical issues, users may submit a claim to customer support, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased items
• Duplicate charges for the same transaction
• Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
